The terms and conditions apply to your use of and access to the New Zealand Boots platforms including all orders submitted by you for any product(s) or services made available by us for purchase over the platforms. Variations in both the manufacturing processes we use and also the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view the platforms may mean that the colours, measurements, fabrics and designs of the product(s) displayed on the platforms and the product(s) delivered to you may differ in appearance in minor respects.However, we have made a big effort to ensure that the colours and qualities are depicted as accurately as possible. Minor colour deviations are not considered as a defect or failure.
The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery. You are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all product instructions, documents and wrappings.
We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund.

You have the right to return any product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, but you must write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any product(s).
We advise you to use a courier when you return a product and insure the return shipment in order to allow the tracking of the shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. New Zealand Boots will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.
To be eligible for a refund, your product(s) must be unworn with label and tags remain intact, in original packing, and in the same brand new condition as when you received it. You will need to attach your receipt or a valid proof of purchase.
Returns that are washed, damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All returned items must be shipped from the same country as where it was shipped to by us.
Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect it and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned product(s). We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product(s). If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your account.
We can only credit the same card that was used to purchase the product(s) in order to limit fraud and use of stolen credit cards. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.
If you wish to return the product(s), you will be responsible for the return expenses.
Our liability in connection with any product(s) purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product(s).
