Use of platforms and services

The terms and conditions apply to your use of and access to the New Zealand Boots platforms including all orders submitted by you for any product(s) or services made available by us for purchase over the platforms. By accessing the platforms you agree to these terms and conditions and we therefore advice you to read these terms and conditions carefully. The terms and conditions may be changed and updated from time to time and any changes will be effective from the publication of the new terms and conditions on the platforms. If you do not agree or is unclear about these terms and conditions, you must stop using and accessing the platforms immediately.

You must be over 18 years of age or over in order to use the services.


Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All orders are processed pending availability and credit card verification.

By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to New Zealand Boots to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and conditions attached as described in your order.

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order in our discretion for any reason whatsoever without liability to you, unless we are not permitted to do so under statutory law. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

1) If product(s) are shown on the platforms but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described;
2) If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
3) If you order multiple quantities of an individual product where such product(s) are to be shipped to any one customer or delivery address;
4) If shipping restrictions may apply to a product;
5) If the delivery address you give is the address of an entity or individual providing freight forwarding services.


All prices as showed on the shop are in GBP including VAT and free delivery. If you want to buy products from New Zealand Boots and you entered this site from outside the UK please visit our international site www.newzealandboots.com.


New Zealand Boots cannot be held liable should local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reasons.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order request. This is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the product(s) has been accepted. Once your order has been accepted and shipped you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Unless otherwise specifically stated delivery time is normally between 3-7 working days. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change.

Your credit/debit card will be authorized when your order is placed and processed. The full amount of your purchase will be charged for the value of the goods when you order your product(s).

Our online prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from our website at any time. Whist we will use our very best to process orders, there may be exceptional circumstances which may prevent us to do so, even after we have sent you an order confirmation and as such we retain the right, at our discretion, to refuse to process or accept such orders. We will not be liable to you or any other third party for withdrawing any product from our website or for refusing to process or accept an order after an order confirmation has been sent.

Variations in both the manufacturing processes we use and also the display properties of the computer hardware you use to view the platforms may mean that the colours, measurements, fabrics and designs of the product(s) displayed on the platforms and the product(s) delivered to you may differ in appearance in minor respects.However, we have made a big effort to ensure that the colours and qualities are depicted as accurately as possible. Minor colour deviations are not considered as a defect or failure.

Return and refund policy

The product(s) will be at your risk from the time of delivery. You are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all product instructions, documents and wrappings.

We do not offer exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.

You have the right to return any product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, but you must write to us at info@newzealandboots.co.uk before returning any product(s).

We advise you to use a courier when you return a product and insure the return shipment in order to allow the tracking of the shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. New Zealand Boots will not be held responsible for refund or compensation of goods that have been lost, stolen or damaged. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending.

To be eligible for a refund, your product(s) must be unworn with label and tags remain intact, in original packing, and in the same brand new condition as when you received it. You will need to attach your receipt or a valid proof of purchase.

Returns that are washed, damaged, soiled or returned without all labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All returned items must be shipped from the same country as where it was shipped to by us.


Once we receive your returned product(s), we will inspect it and you will receive an email confirming receipt of your returned product(s). We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the product(s). If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your account.

We can only credit the same card that was used to purchase the product(s) in order to limit fraud and use of stolen credit cards. We will send an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been completed.


If you wish to return the product(s), you will be responsible for the return expenses.

Our liability in connection with any product(s) purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product(s). Subject to the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect losses arising by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

All product descriptions, information and materials posted on our website are provided “as it is” and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of a Contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).

A Force Majeure Event shall include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following:

  1. Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  2. Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (weather declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  3. Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  4. Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  5. Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  6. The acts, decrees, legislation regulations or restrictions of any government.
  7. Any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

Security and Privacy policy

Your security and privacy is very important to us. Any of your personal details will only be used by New Zealand Boots and our carefully selected third party partners to ensure that we deliver an excellent service to you, and to process and deliver your order. This information will be kept safe at all times. When shopping with us over the Internet, we do use 3D secure when checking out with your card details to prevent fraud.

When you order with us, we ask for your information such as your name, email address, phone number (in case we urgently need to call you regarding your order), your address and credit/debit card details. By using New Zealand Boots website, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
